Mix the following ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups
- Sugar 1 1/4 cups
- Flour 1 cup
- Canned Pumpkin 1/2 cup
- Vegetable Oil 1/2 cup
- Raisins 1/2 cup
- Chopped Peanuts 1/3 cup
- Water 2 eggs
- Baking Soda 1 tsp.
- Ginger 1/4 tsp.
- Baking Powder 1/4 tsp. -
Bake at 350 F for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
